Why Dr. Dope?
My name is Dr. Dope and I am a Holistic Cannabis Therapist but before that, I am a wife, a member of communal organizations, and a lover of natural healing. Through my personal healing journey, naturopathic ways (yoga, cannabis, herbs, etc.) have helped me relieve stress, manage my weight, and reach my optimal level of health. With a background in Psychology and Integrative Health Sciences (coupled with a concentration in Herbal Medicine), my passion for naturopathic healing is coupled with a high level of knowledge.
As the FIRST Holistic Cannabis Therapist who creates an Ultimate Healing Experience, I provide naturopathic therapy sessions (all natural) that compliment my client’s lifestyle. My services are made for people, all ages and of all wakes of life. I ensure there is education to accompany our sessions so my client’s are well informed. Our therapy sessions are non-invasive and can be done from the comfort of your home.
My Primary Focus is to help people compliment their daily routines with NATURAL HEALING.
*Although I am a Cannabis Therapist, cannabis is not required to enjoy the healing sessions.

Perfectionism – Coping with feelings of anxiety, stress, self-criticism, and procrastination; addressing unrealistic expectations of one’s self and negatively comparing self to others
Self-esteem – Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a skill-based treatment that focuses on the interconnection of one’s thoughts, behaviors, and emotional experiences. I teach techniques to examine and reduce unhelpful thoughts and implement new ways behaving outside of the sessions that result in desired emotional and behavioral outcomes.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skill-based treatment that values both self-acceptance and change. I take time to validate my client’s experiences while teaching mindfulness, relationship, communication skills, and techniques to manage overwhelming emotions.
How Our Sessions Work
All sessions are held virtually, via text, phone, video, or all three. Once you are confirmed as ready to have sessions, we will schedule session days and times that work for you.

All sessions are set for 40 minutes. If we need more time, we will discuss options. 3. Payment plans are offered. This will be discussed on an individual basis. 4.
